How to use Blue Lotus in a Spell or Ritual:

Blue lotus for spiritual enlightenment:

Ingredients:

  • Dried blue lotus flowers
  • White candle
  • Incense (sandalwood or frankincense)
  • Journal or paper
  • Pen or pencil
  • Water

Steps:

  1. Begin by cleansing your space and yourself. Light the incense and pass it over your body and around the space, focusing on clearing any negative energy. Open a circle and call in your guides, guardians, and directions if that's part of your practice.

  2. Light the white candle and place it in front of you. Take a few deep breaths and set your intention for the ritual. State your intention out loud or in your mind, such as "I call upon the energy of blue lotus to help me achieve spiritual enlightenment and gain deeper insight into myself and the world around me."

  3. Brew a cup of blue lotus tea or prepare a small amount of dried blue lotus flowers to consume. As you drink or consume the blue lotus, focus on the intention you set and allow yourself to relax and open up to any insights or guidance that may come to you.

  4. Once you have finished consuming the blue lotus, take out your journal or paper and write down any thoughts, feelings, or insights that come to you. Allow yourself to write freely without judgment or expectation.

  5. After you have finished writing, take a few deep breaths and offer a prayer or affirmation of gratitude for the insights and guidance you have received.

  6. Finally, pour the water into a small dish or bowl and place it near the candle. Allow the candle to burn down completely and let the water absorb any remaining energy from the ritual.

  7. Take a few moments to reflect on the insights you have gained and how you can integrate them into your life. Close the ritual by thanking any deities, spirits, or energies that you called upon and extinguishing the candle.

Remember to always use blue lotus responsibly and with caution, as it may have potential side effects and interactions with other medications. It's important to research the laws in your area before using it.
